Project Overview
I love to run internal design challenges to sharpen creative thinking and surface strengths. For this round, I supplied a fictional fashion brand, Assassin, and a tight kit of assets (photography, vectors, logo), then asked each designer to create a poster using only those ingredients.
The constraint makes thinking visible, composition, type, storytelling, risk appetite, so feedback is targeted, emerging talent stands out, and growth areas are clear. Just as important, it builds culture: experimentation, healthy competition, and the shared joy of making great work together.
