Project Overview
What began as a freelance intro became a dual-platform overhaul. I led strategy and design to rebuild Talent’s internal recruitment system, and, in parallel, upgraded IBM iX’s instance of the same legacy platform.
Working solo, I reimagined ~90% of tools and flows, delivering 100+ UI screens and a shared design system: common core patterns for speed, with tailored variations for each team’s workflows, permissions, and branding. Deep prototyping focused on performance, clarity, and scale, streamlining job intake to candidate match with far less friction.
