Project Overview
I led the end-to-end redesign of AMP’s mobile banking experience, turning customer insight into simple, modern tools. The new My AMP app pairs a clean, mobile-first UI with thoughtful UX—voice biometrics for fast, secure sign-in; augmented ATM/branch locators; streamlined payments; and built-in budgeting that makes everyday money tasks effortless. The result is an intuitive platform that simplifies complex banking while advancing AMP’s position as a digital-first leader in Australia.
